Open access statement

This publication is a peer reviewed, open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.

All articles are available for free on this website in the ITU Digital Library.

All articles included in the ITU Journal are copyrighted ITU, some rights reserved. Upon acceptance of a paper, authors are asked to sign a copyright transfer form.

Licensing statement and reproduction rights

Under the user license Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 IGO (CC BY-NC-ND 3.0 IGO), users may copy and distribute journal articles in any format.
